Really loving the way these came out. Mercken’s melting chocolate is THE best. Wilton just has a weird consistency and way too fake of a taste.

Can you tell me where you got the molds at? My daughter’s 3rd birthday is next weekend and we’re doing a cowgirl theme, I’ve been looking for cupcake picks everywhere to no avail but I love this!
Hi Anne! I got the molds at a store in NJ called Candyland Crafts. They do have a web site: candylandcrafts.com. The boot mold was a whole tray of boots, however the horses had all different animals with it on the tray–buffalo, pigs, lion. I’d recommend giving them a call. They helped me find these molds in the store, and they do ship out orders. Hope that helps in your search! Thanks for visiting my site!
I have one more question about the boots… I found some molds online, but they come in different ‘depths’. Do you have any idea what yours was? What I’ve found are 1/8″ and 3/8″. And thank you for sharing!
I’d say 1/8th–they were thin. Looking at a ruler, 3/8th looks pretty thick, especially when picturing the candy atop a cupcake, you know? Let me know if you need anything else!
